Conference dinner menu choices

Please make your choice from the dishes below and let us know if you have special dietary requirements.
Dinner will be served with red and white wine. Plain and sparkling water will placed on the tables. The meal will close with tea or coffee.
If you wish to order any other drinks during the dinner, these are at your own expense.

Choice STARTERS
Meat • Vitello tonnato: silverside veal, tuna mayonnaise, rocket and anchovies
Fish • Marinated salmon with asparagus, green herbs, saffron mayonnaise and squid crackers
Vegetarian • Spring salad with white and green asparagus, balsamic vinegar, poached egg, little gem lettuce and Muscat wine dressing

Choice MAIN DISHES
Meat • Slow-cooked veal with Parmesan sauce, white asparagus and creamed potatoes
Fish • Slow-cooked halibut, miso marinade, noodles and sea greens
Vegetarian • Asparagus with tomato confit, borlotti beans, Jerusalem artichoke and Hollandaise sauce

Choice DESSERTS
Pavlova • Pavlova with marinated rhubarb, strawberries and roasted pistachio nuts
Apple • Granny Smith apple dessert with green apple compote and lemongrass ganache
Honey cake • Medovik: honey cake with a cream of honey, lemon and yoghurt with a white chocolate honeycomb
