 pread of Coronavirus the 7th edition of the Translating Europe Forum will 
 be held online. This year’s topic will be: Platforms: digital ecosystems f
 or translation\nOnline platforms have become part of many people´s every-d
 ay lives. Examples include social media platforms\, digital market places 
 and online services. They facilitate contacts between groups that don´t ne
 cessarily know each other.\nTEF 2020 will look at digital platforms from t
 wo angles:\n\nThe effect of digital platforms on the translation professio
 n (new business models and workflows for translators and language service 
 providers)\ndigital platforms and their translation needs\, or how transla
 tion supports digital platforms\n\nRegistration will be open also during t
 he conference.\nA conference app and event platform will provide an enhanc
 ed conference experience (including interactive features and virtual netwo
