  an afternoon of fun and socializing in Utrecht.\nAt this year’s Winter So
 cial we’re having glühwein\, hot chocolate\, board games\, singing\, and c
 atching up with each other. Instead of the usual buffet dinner\, there wil
 l be cakes & brownies\, coffee & tea\, beer & wine\, and juice & soda. And
  lots of ‘networking’\, of course!\nThis event is specifically for SENSE m
 embers\, but feel free to bring up to two guests. (Guests pay the same fee
  as members.)\nREGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT MIDDAY ON 16 JANUARY 2026.\nProg
 ramme\nThe doors open at 13:00.\nAt around 14:00 we’ll split into groups a
 nd enjoy a ‘board game carousel’. Games will be provided\, and will includ
 e classics like Rummikub\, Trivial Pursuit and Pictionary. Every 30-40 min
 utes\, everyone will switch around\, split into new groups and move to a n
 ew game.\nOr if you want to take a break\, grab some chairs with colleague
 s and just relax with drinks.\nAt around 16:00\, Lizzie will accompany us 
 on her piano with a fun session of singing popular songs.\nThere are no di
 nner plans\, but Utrecht is alive with possibilities\, if you’d like to co
 ntinue your day of socializing with a group of colleagues.\nDrinks & snack
 s\nCoffee & tea will be provided all afternoon\, along with a selection of
  cakes and brownies. The ticket price includes two drinks such as beer\, w
 ine\, juice and soda (additional drinks can also be purchased). We’ll also
  have glühwein and hot chocolate.\nLocation\nIn de Ruimte is a cellar on t
 he Oudegracht canal in the heart of Utrecht.\nThe cellar is reached via a 
 steep staircase from the street level. It’s a 20-minute walk from Utrecht 
 Central train station\, or a 5-minute walk from Parkeergarage Springweg.\n
 Cost\nTickets cost just €25 per person for SENSE members and their guests 
 (if any). When signing up for this event\, select the ‘Member’ ticket\, an
 d select one or two ‘Guest’ tickets if you want to bring a guest or two.\n
 There is no buffet dinner this year. The event is subsidized by SENSE\, an
 d the ticket price goes towards paying for the venue\, the drinks and the
