 actical – physical – workshop\, we begin by discussing the kinds of presen
 tations you make\, or would like to make. We look at your fears and/or dif
 ficulties and learn techniques for presenting effectively. The main focus 
 is on techniques to relax and warm up\, and exercises to develop and contr
 ol breath\, pitch\, tone\, vocal strength\, volume\, speed\, and nervous e
 xpressions. We consider the quality of voice (nasal\, breathy) and deliver
 y\, and learn how to find and sustain the proper tone.\nNote: This is a pr
 actical workshop\, which may include exercises on the floor. Participants 
 should come well rested and wear loose\, comfortable clothes.\nSpace is li
