UnconferenceIn this ‘unconference’ session, attendees will tackle a discussion topic, democratically selected from the suggestions that they will provide themselves upon arrival.

Like a regular conference session, an unconference session brings fellow professionals together around a topic of mutual interest. But it differs by harnessing the collective experience and expertise of all attendees, rather than a single presenter.

The discussion topic can be anything related to your professional practice and can be proposed in the form of a statement or question. No one is expected to present anything. The person who suggested the topic that is chosen simply needs to briefly introduce it, explaining why they chose it. Then we let the conversation flow!

Lloyd Bingham will serve as facilitator, making sure the conversation flows and everyone gets as much out of the experience as possible.

The session is inspired and will follow the model of the highly successful model of the Cardiff Translation Unconference and the Utrecht Unconference, which SENSE jointly organised with ITI’s Dutch Network in late 2024.
