Translating Dutch criminal law concepts to English: An approach and methodology
Louise Rayar, a former lecturer at Maastricht University and one of the translators of the Dutch Penal Code, will give a talk/workshop on translating Dutch criminal law terminology to English, with a focus on English law terms. This should prove to be a very interesting and unique workshop for finlegsig members and SENSE friends. We will also be applying for 2 ongoing professional educational points for this meeting.
