Three EC members are retiring in 2013: Chair, Professional Development Coordinator (PDC) and Webmaster. We have taken this opportunity to review and update the job descriptions and titles of each position. The PDC is now the Workshop Coordinator and the Webmaster is now the Web Manager. Detailed information on these vacancies can be found in eSense 28.

To nominate a member for a post on the Executive Committee, please fill in the EC_Nomination_form_AGM_2013 and return it to Gioia Marini, SENSE Secretary, to arrive no later than 23 February 2013.

To submit a motion for consideration at the AGM, please fill in the Motion_form_AGM_2013 and return it to Gioia Marini, SENSE Secretary, to arrive no later than Saturday 23 February 2013.

The 2013 AGM Bulletin will be available on 6 March 2013.

And finally, the most important meeting of the year will be preceded by an old fashioned book swap. Bring along the books you won't ever get round to reading a second time and make someone's day!

The AGM will be preceded by the SENSE Annual Book Swap. Please note that you are responsible for taking back home any books that do not find a new owner.
