If you want to improve the search engine rankings on your own website or offer SEO copywriting services to your customers, this workshop will teach you the basics to get started. You will learn how to write web pages that have good content and get great rankings on the search engines. Find out how to do background and keyword research on the web, and how to develop a marketing proposition for your own or your customers’ web pages. I will explain the basic SEO principles, and we will do some writing exercises to try them out.

It teaches you how to write web pages that have good content and get great rankings on the search engines. It answers the following questions:

About the trainer
Becky Baker is a writer whose goal is to make complicated products and technologies accessible for all. For more than 15 years, a variety of high tech corporations in the B2B sector have drawn upon her copywriting services and communication advice to strengthen their marketing communication activities. Her work includes everything from interviewing hospital managers in Ankara to developing advertising concepts for customers across the globe. Writing projects are varied; websites, corporate history books and strategic business plans are all part of the mix. In the past five years, she has specialized in writing for search engines and new media. Healthcare copywriting is another area of focus. Becky has a Master’s in British Literature and a Bachelor’s in English.
